I had an idea and draw this comic, just because Endeavor’s face seems kind of unconfortable with the situation (for me) so I thought what if Shoto’s image makes him remember something?? so yeah, I’ve been working in this for a while and finally can share it with you, is the very first time I tried to work in a comic with a more serious format (?) since I’m use to work with image sequences

Batman is cool and all, but how does Bruce Wayne treat his low wage workers

Pretty well, if I remember rightly.

I’m working off memory here, but he hires ex-cons and former sex-workers (giving one young woman a business card as Batman and telling her Wayne Industries was hiring receptionists), pays for his employees’ scholarships, hires people released from Arkham, made sure no employees were sacked when WI took over GothCorp after their CEO was fired, hired a bunch of homeless guys he met while undercover as a homeless guy (investigating the kidnapping of Gotham’s homeless, which turned out to be a slavery/human trafficking ring).

He also runs the Thomas/Martha Wayne Foundations, which provide cheap medical clinics and soup kitchens across Gotham. Both fall under the Wayne Foundation: The primary aims of the foundation are, globally, to enhance healthcare and reduce extreme poverty, to expand educational opportunities and access to information technology, and to fund scientific research and help altruistic people with research by providing facilities and training.

According to Wikipedia, his company is researching cures to HIV/AIDs and alternative fuel sources, if that helps any.
