How to build a cold-weather shelter for outdoor/feral cats from two storage bins and styrofoam insulation.  There are detailed instructions at the link.  This site specifically recommends using Rubbermaid bins because they won’t crack in freezing cold temperatures, but there may be other brands with that property, I don’t know.
